Knife Vale – Model SHF

The REVAL SHF series knife gate valves were developed to act in different operating conditions, with the differential capacity to act with high pressures (#300lbs / 20kgf/cm²), following the dimensions of the ANSI B16.5 #300lbs or MSS SP44 standard. In its construction, materials of high mechanical resistance were used aiming at durability and resistance.

Technical features:

The body is manufactured in WCB and the guillotines can be produced in stainless steel 316 or other special materials, meeting the application requirements informed by the customer.

The seats of the REVAL SHF series valves are manufactured with high quality and resistant elastomers, reinforced with high strength metallic cores, allowing the use in piping with protrusion without compromising the equipment integrity. The equipment also has a secondary seal that helps to seal the upper part and also acts as a scraper.

SHF valves are available in sizes from 2" to 36" (*), with the following actuation options:

  • Manual;
  • Pneumatic;
  • Manual with reducer;
  • Hydraulic.
